Occasionally get “artist envy” – people who get to balance work (tech usually) and art. It’s an opinion that software development is a craft, so that can be my outlet instead. I have my own Twitter-style blog. Now I can make quick posts without bothering the Twitterverse with stuff that most won’t care about.

Thanks to Matt and Automattic!

At first I thought of converting this blog to Prologue. And then, maybe another blog for quick posts. Then I remembered, I had a wordpress.com blog doing nothing.

going to put off Scala, Haskell and functional languages. Need to practice Java: concurrency, generics, and other tricks (like those in the Java Puzzlers book).
